纪录片快乐打工人？才怪！

主演：David Graeber Christina Maslach André Spicer

导演：John Webster

简介：Stressed? Burnt out? You’re not alone! With black humour and biting irony, we get the incredible story of how modern working life became its own worst enemy – and what we can do to change it. Burnout, endless meetings and colourful Post-It notes with empty marketing phrases have hijacked meaningful work. How did we get there? Based on a sabotage manual developed during World War II, John Webster’s wildly entertaining and deeply upsetting film demonstrates how modern work has become a monster that devours itself – and everyone else around it. Without losing sight of the system’s human toll, the film speaks directly to a current agenda about how and how much we should actually work. And fortunately for all of us, there actually is a solution. At the heart of the film, we sit in with a group of successful business people as they come together to share their stories of burning out – and how they got on in life. Most people will no doubt be able to relate to much of ‘The Happy Worker’, and have a good, much-needed laugh about how it got this far.

纪录片重返白朗峰

主演：Bastien Fleury David Gottler Hadley Hammer

导演：Luke Wiles Gwyn Williams

简介：Towering over the Alps, Mont Blanc has enraptured mountain climbers, athletes and tourists, all of whom are drawn to the beauty and the challenges the peak offers. It has become a mecca as a proving ground for extreme-sports enthusiasts, but incredible danger lies on the steep slopes. Here, we witness the journey of conquering the mountain from two perspectives: a skier recovering from injury hopes she can brave the summit; and a mountain rescuer works saving lives while maintaining a personal goal of traversing the entire range—in 24 hours. Incredible footage captures both the wide scope of these intimidating pursuits, as well as up-close personal views that keep us right in the action. With the ice melting as a result of climate change, these journeys may be some of the last possible on one of Earth’s mightiest mountains.
